Climate change is the greatest threat to the survival of humankind in our modern history. It is both the clearest example of where younger and unborn generations’ needs are compromised by the lifestyles of older and current generations’. Youth envision a world with a safe and stable climate. Thus, this is an online youth base made for youth from all around the world by youth. We work in close cooperation with the global youth climate movement to empower youth and take their voices in to decision making platforms.

This site in currently maintained to take up the role of a networker, information dissemination mechanism as well as a platform for young people to express and initiate action. Click Here for more info on the movement.
We work as a base for young people and promote young people to be in active on Climate Change. www.youthclimate.org is a platform to express all view of young people from various backgrounds. We work very close with all the major international climate actors on our special endeavour towards critically important 15th Conference of Parties (COP 15) in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Youthclimate.org arose primarily from the international youth climate movement at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, (UNFCCC). Youth have been actively involved in the Conference of Parties (COP) at the UNFCCC for many years.
